Will my t-shirt shrink after washing?

Our t-shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage, but we always recommend washing in cold water and air drying for longevity.

Are your t-shirts unisex?

Our t-shirts are designed with a men's fit in mind, but honestly, a lot of our customers are women too! If you love a great-fitting, comfy tee, it’s for you - no labels, just great style for everyone.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the following countries, with estimated delivery times from the point of dispatch:

Southeast Asia

  • Singapore: 1 to 3 days
  • Malaysia, Indonesia: 3 to 6 days
  • Brunei, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea: 3 to 5 days
  • Philippines, Vietnam: 4 to 9 days

East Asia

  • China: 3 to 6 days

South Asia

  • India: 4 to 7 days

Oceania

  • Australia: 4 to 7 days
  • New Zealand: 4 to 6 days
How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on location and courier availability. We process all orders within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as stated above.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order is delayed, please allow a few extra days before reaching out. If your package is lost in transit, contact us via email at connect@nothingfancyclothing.com with your order details, and we’ll investigate immediately.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we do not offer express shipping, but we are working on providing faster delivery options in the future.

Can I track my order?

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for defective or incorrect items. For size-related returns, we offer store credit or exchanges instead of refunds.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes! If your t-shirt doesn’t fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of receiving it.
