Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

What are the return conditions?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition (no stains, damage, or signs of wear)
  • With all original packaging and tags intact
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
How do I request a return or exchange?
  • Email us at connect@nothingfancyclothing.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.
  • Send your item back using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes! If your t-shirt doesn’t fit quite right, you can exchange it for a different size or color (subject to availability). The return shipping costs will be covered by you, but we’ll cover the cost of sending out the new item.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. For size-related returns, we offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds.

What if I received a defective or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us at connect@nothingfancyclothing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and issue

We’ll replace it at no cost to you or offer a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For size changes or other exchanges, return shipping costs are covered by you, but we’ll send out the replacement at no extra cost.

How long does the return process take?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5 business days for processing. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Can I return an item I received as a gift?

Yes! If you received an item as a gift and need to exchange it, contact us at connect@nothingfancyclothing.com with the gift sender’s details or order number. We’ll provide store credit or a replacement.

What items are not eligible for returns?

🚫 Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
🚫 Items without original packaging and tags
🚫 Final sale or clearance items
