General Shipping Questions
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, China, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, Australia, and New Zealand. We are working on expanding to more locations soon!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on location. Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times from the point of dispatch are:
- Singapore: 1 to 3 business days
- Malaysia, Indonesia: 3 to 6 business days
- Brunei, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea: 3 to 5 business days
- China: 3 to 6 business days
- Philippines, Vietnam: 4 to 9 business days
- India: 4 to 7 business days
- Australia: 4 to 7 business days
- New Zealand: 4 to 6 business days
📌 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or customs processing delays.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Which couriers do you use for shipping?
We partner with trusted courier services, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services to ensure reliable delivery. The courier used depends on your location.
Local & International Shipping
Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer express shipping, but we are working on providing faster delivery options soon.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to select countries in Asia-Pacific, but we’re working on expanding to more regions soon!
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email at connect@nothingfancyclothing.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount, depending on your country. If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee applies.

Delays, Lost Packages & Shipping Issues
What if my order is delayed?
Sometimes, unexpected delays happen due to:
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- High order volumes during sales or holidays
- Delivery network disruptions
If your order is taking longer than expected, check your tracking link or contact us for assistance.
What if my package is lost?
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check around your delivery area or with neighbors.
- Verify your shipping address in your order confirmation.
- Wait 24-48 hours - sometimes packages are marked as delivered early.
- If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
What happens if my package is damaged in transit?
If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the package and the damaged item, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update your address. Contact us ASAP at connect@nothingfancyclothing.com. However, once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We can only modify an order before it has been processed. This includes:
- Changing the shipping address
- Updating contact details
- Modifying item quantities or colors
If you need changes, contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Shipping Promotions & Miscellaneous
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we’re working on special packaging options in the future!
Can I place an order now and have it delivered at a later date?
We do not currently offer scheduled deliveries, but we recommend ordering closer to the date you need the item.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
